Secure Infrastructure

Our platform is built on top of industry-leading cloud providers with robust security compliance. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest.

Authentication

We use secure authentication methods to protect your account. We never store your passwords in plain text. We encourage using strong, unique passwords.

Payment Security

All payments are processed by our secure payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Walker Verification

While not digital security, physical security is key. All PuppyGo walkers undergo background checks and identity verification before they can accept walks.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in PuppyGo, please report it to us immediately.
